I had a serious complain with them thst entails the safety of my family after 3 month just no respons

I even wrnt to the motor industry ombudsmen Still no response. I dont know whst to do anymore Had 3 nearly collisions since then I dont think thats acceptable behavior from thosr two institutions Looking for help please
