No Response with refund of deposit
It has been just over 2 months after I have requested a refund of my deposit and still no response, have communicated via WhatsApp and email with no resolution. All evidence has been sent through.

15 Mar 2022, 13:00It is now the 15th of March, call centre never phoned me back. I have called the branch and call centre several times and spoke to the branch manager, he promised that he will resolve the problem. The problem has not been resolved, I haven't even received a reply on the email. Dont knwo what to say, this is pathetic
