No response from WeBuyCars complain department

Im so disappointed about the complain that my husband lodge there... About the vehicle that was giving us complications, then WeBuyCars complain department asked my husband to take the vehicle to the nearest garage to make quote..... Funny enough the vehicle we bought on the 19 August 2023 and on the 3rd Sept 2023 Ford wildtrak 2016 model had a funny noise in the engine.... Till today we didnt get any help... And we are not going to pay anything... We told WeBuyCars to cancel the contract, we dont want nothing but to come and collect there Ford wildtrak.... Till this date 10 October 2023 no respond from WeBuyCars complain department.
