No response after complaint logged

Logged a complaint via their website last week due to my car financed through them 3 weeks ago already giving gearbox and EPC/engine management light issues. Perhaps the response on here will be swifter. In fact,their marketing affiliates are faster trying to sell service plans than it takes for them to respond to complaints
