No response
I sent 2 emails to different email addresses of so called sales executives and had no response within a week so I called on Thursday 24 March and Kobus said he would call me back. I am still waiting for a call back.<br> I went to their show room on Saturday and was told to have a look around and someone would come and help me. After 45 minutes, no one came to help me. I left very disappointed and do not think that these people are what they claim to be. I will definitely be going else where to buy myself a car.

We sincerely regret the fact that there were such poor communication and evidently a disparity between the expectation and the way it works here.
It gets so busy sometimes that we simply can't help everyone always - we can just try our best, and we sincerely apologise if our services fell short of the expectations, we are working on it.
No other dealership in the country sells 50+ vehicles a day. We financed around 130 of those last month alone. I don't know of any dealership in the country that turn those numbers. We have our own unique problems and challenges here, we are still adjusting and growing and rising to the challenges, but I think everyone needs to know about what we offer here, and what we are doing here, we offer some of the best deals in the country. What we are doing is new, it is exciting, and somewhat revolutionary.
We sell in excess of 1300 vehicles a month, it is thus inevitable that there will be complaints - we are striving to improve the response rate and efficiency, we are rising to the occasion and we would like to be known as people of integrity.
