No registration papers for bike purchased
I bought a BMW motorcycle cash from We Buy Cars The Dome in March 2023 . The salesman promised me they would register it in my name as the price for the bike was advertised at R31900 and I had to pay R33850 for them to register it in my name . I have not received any paperwork to date , just empty promises from their staff at the Dome and no help from their customer service where I lodged a complaint .

18 Jul 2023, 15:21I was contacted on 17/07/2023 from a number showing We Buy Cars on true caller but the lady said she is calling from RAM to let ne know my parcel is on it's way to me . I am still waiting and still no response from We Buy Cars

19 Jul 2023, 13:10Since my correspondence on 17/07/2023 We Buy Cars have not shown any interest in sticking to their side of our deal . I am very disappointed in the unprofessional treatment I have received after paying cash for the bike I bought - looks like I will never see the papers for it . Very dishonest business conduct from We Buy Cars
