No registration and no numberplate. Any one that can advice on good legal representation?

I did not buy from market place because I wanted support and trusted this brand. I bought in August. It's October. No registration and no Number plate and worst of all NO one follows up or calls me. I lodged a concern on the website and asked the sales person that sold the vehicle to me for assistance, and so far, nothing. The joy of my buy is gone. I should have listened and read reviews. Ps. I did ask if they could do gauteng number plates before I bought.
