No refund on deposit - 2 weeks later?

I am extremely disappointed with the service received.

I paid a refundable deposit for an Isuzu vehicle, and the transaction did not proceed. The deposit was clearly agreed to be refundable. Despite this, my money has not been returned. Two weeks later?

I have had to continuously follow up, and the delay in refunding funds that rightfully belong to me is unacceptable. There is no lawful reason to withhold a refundable deposit.

Consumers should be cautious and ensure that all agreements are in writing.

Very poor service and extremely unprofessional handling of funds.
