no refund of deposit - bad client service

We looked to purchase a vehicle and then paid a deposit 10 days ago of R10 000. Due to hidden costs in the end we decided to not purchase the vehicle last week Thursday and now what a run around to get our deposit back.

7 days later and still no deposit to be seen and we kept been given excuses.

Will never buy a car through them.

Have bought a brand-new vehicle through Toyota Table View.
