NO PAPERS AFTER PURCHASE FROM WE BUY CARS

We purchased a vehicle from we buy cars and settled the amount in full. The vehicle was purchased in Cape Town and transported to Gauteng on our own arrangements and costs. After a month we still do not have the papers for the vehicle. We buy cars sent it to Midstream without notifying us. Midstream returned the papers to Capetown. Thereafter we heard the papers are in another region. Nobody phone us back. When we log another email all we hear someone will contact you shortly which never happen. So also on Facebook we have been told several times that someone will contact you an still nothing. The service is terrible and the staff rude.
