No Natis,No customer service,Fanie Mahlangu terrible sales guy

Went to We buy cars silverlakes,germiston and midstream shopping for a car on 28th.29th,30th,Sep i then went again on 01-03Oct on all those days at all these 3branches no sales person was willing to assist me, i went to helpdesk and had to wait for hours and still went home with no assistance whatsoever .I then spotted a car online and went back to silverlakes on the 5th October again i spent 1hour 30minutes trying to find a sales agent and eventually found a non helpful guy Fanie Mahlangu,was not willing to help whatsoever he was constantly fidling with his ipad,i insited and told him im unhappy and will complain about the service,he then took me for a test drive and i was happy to go ahead with the deal he reserved the car and i told him i ll make payment. this guy never bothered to follow up with me i tried to get hold of him to confirm stock number and he was just not interested in the sale i even called customer care to allocate someone else to assist me ,24hrs later i went ahead with payment anyway as i was thinking someone else might end up buying the car,for the 1st time he called me back telling me they waiting for payment to clear on 7th i told him i was on my way to collect the car as my bank confirmed that the money had cleared. Fanie told me he was busy with stock tking i shouldnt come,i went there anyway and had to wait another 45min for him to verify payment,everything was okay then he didnt say anything regarding the car NATIS,when i asked him he told me its at midstream they would courier it to germiston which might be closer to me. I wasnt happy with that because why didnt they have the car papers ready as i submitted my POP 3days before i collected. Fanie Mahlangu asssured me that i would hve the paperwork in 2days at we buy cars germiston, on saturday i received an sms to tell me the documents are at silverlakes,i then called fanie ,he didnt respond i sent him a text,he responded saying they made a mistake and will redirect, its now 3days later,he is not responding to my calls nit even texts i still dont have my Natis for the car. their service is pathetic and they wont go far with such business attitude
