No natis papers
This is the response I received about my complaint of not receiving my natis papers, and informing them the sales agreement states I have 21 days to register the vehicle in my name.
" I have called the client to explain that it takes 21 working days excluding weekends, also cc him in this mail.
Which the 21 days end 14 Feb 2022, as He purchased the car on the 15 Jan 2022.
He was concerned about the disk which I have said if he gets a fine, we will pay for it.
Thanks, Sharna "
ZERO SOLUTION given to when I will actually receive my papers, and they don't care about the negligence causing invalid contracts with insurance due to an invalid license I cannot renew.
I was informed by the person on the phone that vehicle was only dealer stocked on the 29th January. Can you please inform me of the process you follow when selling cars? are cars not dealer stocked before you sell them to people? do you not have the car registered in webuycars name before selling the vehicle? Did I buy a car that was not owned by WeBuyCar? At this stage I cannot find any proof to the following questions. All of these factors have implications within the law, and I have a right to know who's name the vehicle was registered in when I purchased it.
Where are my natis documents??? Why can you not provide me with natis documents in a timely fashion? What is causing the delay in your business practice, is it ********* or just unprofessional?
My issue is with WeBuyCars licensing and registration department, and there is clear sign you need to improve you workflows.
