No natis documents from we buy cars

I have purchased a Vw polo 2008 model from we buy cars Durban. I purchased this vehicle on the 09-11-2018 and I am still awaiting my Natis documents. I was told that I would receive it in 7- 10 working days from date of purchase. I have been calling in numerous times and the salesmen never answers or returns my call. Finally when I get through to him and ask to speak to his manager she is always to busy and says she will call me back but I have never spoken to her not once.

I have purchased this vehicle and I have spent alot of money on it as it was in very bad shape when purchased. The salesman offered to buy the car back but obviously for less then what he has sold it to me. After me spending all this money the salesmen now want to buy it back cheaper as he cant give me answers as to where my natis documents are and has no idea as to when it will arrive. I feel ****** as I have to now lose my money because we buy cars have sold me a vehicle without a natis document.

I have had very poor service from the salesmen and staff and mostly from the manager of we buy cars.

I understand that they are a big company They expect you to have all documents at time of sale when you selling to them so I think it's only fitting they do the same. They expect you to own the car for 6months before selling it to them but they dont own it 1 day? They sell cars without disclosing the issues of the vehicles with no guarantee at all. As a dealership we as customers should get a small guarantee as they expect the client that is selling there car to them to own it for more then 6 months. So they obviously need to do recon on the vehicle before selling it.
