No Natis documents

On the 18 December 2019 I bought Ford Figo cash on We Buy Cars Brackengate branch. On the purchase date, the salesman said they will send me my natis documents after 2 days. when I enquire after 2 days, it went to after 21 days and until this day i have not yet received the papers of the car.

I had escalated this to the managers of webuycars via calls, emails, texts and no one seem to assist me. they then told me that, the reason i dont have my Natis documents is that the previous owner of the car reversed its last installment for the car and now owes the bank. Therefore, the bank still owns the car and cannot release the papers without the settlement amount.

I was never informed about any of this before i purchased the car. I then told them, this is not my problem and they should just settle the outstanding amount with the money i paid already. I then followed up with this, last week and the lady who assisted , told me they settled the amount and waiting for my Natis document to be delivered the next day(Tuesday last week). until now i have not received any updates nor my Natis documents.

I am really frustrated as this car still have a warranty and need to be serviced this month. Next month the car disc will be expire and will not be able to renew it without the papers.

I will never recommend We Buy Cars to anyone, they are not trustworthy and they have poor services.
