NO LOG BOOK FROM WEBUYCARS

I bought a car from webuycars.co.za. I paid for it and took delivery. I was told that the paperwork and logbook would be couriered to me in a week. After two weeks no paperwork. I phoned them up and total confusion by the sales department. They we asking which vehicle I sold them. I bought a vehicle and want ed the paperwork. I sold them nothing. As I grew more and more agitated with the salesmen I was hung up on. I sent the salesmen a message to ask his boss to call me. no one has called back. DONT USE WEBUYCARS.CO.ZA

Two further calls to branch have resulted in no joy. DONT USE WE BUY CARS. Incompetant sales staff and no service from management.

After finally finding someone who can lay hands on my log book and them promising to courier it to me......still no log book......still no joy.... as another week goes by. DONT USE WE BUY CARS.

Now after almost 4 weeks i find out from the licencing department that they sold the car to someone else aswell as me ans his name is what they put on the yellow form they handed in. Now a groot gemorse. And on top of that they wont return my calls. ***** as hell. Wont be using WEBUYCARS any time soon. Dont think you should either

6 week has now gone buy and the third log book they have given me for my vehicle is still the incorrect one. My vehicle has been licensed in someone else's name on 5 September 2019 in Pretoria, I am in Howick KZN. ***. ***
