NO LICENSE DISK AND NUMBER PLATES BAD SERVICE

Bought a car 12th Feb 2023, the kids wanted to collect the license and number pkates. They were sent to do the road worthy themselves, then told to go to postnet to get the license disk, [without a Natis Doc] I questioned this as the monies were included. I phoned and was told the license disk and number plates are at the Germiston Branch, I went there, waited for them to check they left me waiting, a Sales assistant then took the paperwork I had, then came back and apologized for the incorrect process, and told me the li6disk and number plates will be ready in 2 weeks, again I followed up via whatapp. He is checking up to today, I phoned the branch told them the story again, requested to speak to a Sales Manager put was put on hold forever
