no happy at all
Good day, I submitted my application on Monday 17 of June ( holiday ) , paid my deposit ( R9 000) to secure the car and i have had arranged finance with wesbank myself, up to today no feedback . i smell a rate here . come on guys you can do better than that. why insist on in house finance if i have arranged that myself, contact wesbank.

I have spoken to our F & I agent. She has been trying to contact you on a cellphone number proved by you ending with 5143. Unfortunately we could not get hold of you. The sales executive provided us with an alternative number this morning. Our F & I agent will contact you asap.

feedback received, had you sales person taken my instruction when i told him that i have arranged finance with wesbank as staff we would have not gone over this trouble. i want to take the car this saturday to have to make it happen. i am customer here.
