No follow up on a sale!!!

I enquired about buying a motor cycle on Sunday evening via the webuycars website. I have called every day since Monday to find out what the outcome is. The agent tried helping however stated that it was sitting with the sales rep and that they would request a call back. That was nearly 3 days ago. To date - nothing. No approval, no decline, nothing... I have never chased after a sales person ever - well, accept for We Buy Cars. Either sales are exceptionally well or you are just putrid in your Customer service.
