No feedback when using their online platform
WE BUY CARS please let a person if you want to do business or not!! I app**** for a vehicle online and no one ever get back to a person. Vehicle is stationed at their Richmond branch in Cape Town. I only noticed the credit checks theyve done and not one single word from them. After I app**** and credit checks were done i saw the sale in progress tag but not a word from them. Its been 2days. I called their customer service and the guy said no one has been assigned to my online application.
