No Feedback, Poor service

I bought a vehicle online (was under the impression I did). Several calls and emails to 'Jean'marie', who assued me that the finance was approved and that she will forward an OTP for me to review. I was also promised that she would forward me the contact numbers for the sales persons at the Brackenfell branch to be contacted, to make the required arrangements to finalise the deal. Three days later, and still no feedback or contact in any form from webuycars

I am no longer interested, 'webuycars', keep the car. I will look somewhere else.
