I bought a car at webuycars Midstream branch on the 11th of August and received a permit for the car. I was advised that I will get my Liscence disc and number plate before the 21 days ends. The permit has expired and have not received anything. I have tried calling Samantha who was assisting with the contract and sending her whatsapp messages but does not respond.
