No ethical

purchased a vehicle from WeBuyCars at the Witbank branch. Unfortunately, the salesperson *****ulently signed me up for a Netstar insurance/tracking contract without my authorization.

After receiving the contract confirmation email, I immediately contacted the salesperson to inform him that I had never agreed to the service and requested that it be cancelled. He denied having done it and said he would investigate the matter.

I then sent emails to both the WeBuyCars customer service department and Netstar, but I received no response.

Strangely, one month later, money was debited from my bank account for a service I never agreed to or signed for.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend the Witbank branch and kagistho. Some salespeople there seem more interested in protecting each other than resolving customer complaints professionally and honestly.
