No customer service from WeBuyCars Dome and different engine supp****

I bought a boat from Dimitri Braint at WeBuyCars the Dome. Service was excellent with the sale then suddenly realized that after sales service is non existent!!

Bought a boat with a 115hp motor took it for a service after and then got the shock that my 100k motor is actually a 100hp motor from Mercury Belgium and it has a 115hp gearbox from Mercury U.S. Finding parts is a nightmare.

This is not the size motor as stated on the invoice, and it is a built up engine. When bringing it under the sales guys attention, they just say you have to log a complaint on the website or send an email to customer service... Its been 2 weeks since I've logged several complaints and still no one has contacted me to resolve this *****ulent deal.

I have got an email contact of Zelda Stigler who is a resolution specialist at WBC, but with empty promises of someone to contact me.

I understand that they haven't checked their stock properly, but I have begged them to come to the table that we can sort this out.

Now 2 weeks later I'm getting so frustrated and have to pay a lawyer to sue them to sort this out.

All could have been avoided if they just contact me.
