No customer service

If I could give zero starts I would. Pre-arrange a test drive and told by the sales representative to show up and ask for him. When I arrive on the day the sales representative is not there, and the vehicle has a flat battery. Told by the person who assisted me on the day to come the next day and that he would have the vehicle ready. Come back, all the way from Johannesburg again, just to find the car has not been prepared. When they finally get the car started, they tell me I need a folder full of documents to do the test drive, which I would have been happy to provide had I been informed accordingly during my several previous interactions. I will certainly not buy or sell a vehicle through this organization in the future, and I would not recommend it to anyone else.
