No communication and terrible service

The most disappointing day ever. We made arrangements with the salesman to arrive at 4.30pm. When we got there the car was still parked on the floor unlocked and people around viewing it. The salesman did not prepare the car for delivery and looking at the cars above with ribbons ect look nice but we did not get this. After the car was just parked infront of the finance department for inspection we noticed that there was no license disc which we brought up with the salesman. He PROMISED us that he will find the disc or give us a temporary permit. After signing all the bank documentation we get told we cannot take the car as there is no disc and must come back the next day to collect the car. The communication from the salesman was terrible and absolutely rude. After being told we cannot take the car he is laughing as if he did not tell lies to us. If this was not a car that I really wanted I would never buy from this dealership because of this frustration from the salesman. Disappointing experience!
