No change of ownership papers

<p>We sold our car to "we buy cars.co.za" on 14 November. Initially I was very impressed with their service and they paid us immediately when the car was collected. I was told the de-registration papers would be sent to us from Pretoria... I am still waiting. </p> <p>I have emailed and messaged the sales consultant weekly since November, I received 1 response saying he had "requested the documents from Pretoria office"; today when I called the Pretoria office I was told that there is no paperwork and that the can check on the system if the car had been deregistered... I was then told it had been sold to a dealer and I must contact the dealer to get the paperwork from them. </p> <p>Ironically in all their advertising "we buy cars.co.za" state that "we handle all of the paperwork!" </p> <p>I have tried to contact the dealer who apparently bought the car as well as the sales rep who bought it from us and no response. there is also no way to check online if this car has indeed been deregistered from my name, which means I have to go stand in the licensing queue to check that "We buy Cars" have indeed done their job... what started out as quick and painless has turned into a run around for me. </p> <p>I wish I had never dealt with them and sold my car through a dealership in the first place. </p>
