No care for client after they bought a vehicle

A week ago I bought a Mercedes B200 from We buy cars. Though I was aware of the 'front joint dust boot cover that was torn' and the wiper blade, I have made sure to go thoroughly through the Dekra report. I especially wanted to make sure when 'downgrading' in vehicle class from a Ford Ranger Wildtack to this vehicle I bought that I'm still driving a save on the road vehicle with my 2-year-old daughter. Shortly after leaving the dealership, I noticed at a higher speed - 110/120km/h the car starts shaking. ( obviously, your test drives do not involve these speeds.)

When I took the vehicle in last week to get the quotation on the 'front joint dust boot cover', I was made aware that the condition of the vehicle is much more serious, and the work that MUST be done is R21'038.56.

The report was confirmed by 2 service centers ( Including Mercedes and an RMI approved center ), which stated that the brake pads are 0% front and 5% rear, together with this also these items need replacing; Brake disc Front & rear Rack ends Wheel alignment needed Tie Rod ends Stabiliser links Brake Sensor Front Wheel alignment Consumables Glow Plugs Ball joints

I feel treated extremely unjust to not only have been put in an unsafe situation with my 2-year-old daughter as mentioned but to have been treated unfairly by bringing all this to the Customer care's attention and being told these faults have been stated on the Dekra report ( I still can't find it on the report, as stated I've made sure to go thoroughly through the report. Referring to Dekra Condition Report where it clearly states the brakes and rest of the vehicle are in good condition. I've been told numerously by Ruan in Customer care that he will contact me the next day, but this does not happen and I have to phone time after time trying to reach out. I've received an email from the Customer relations manager, stating that I should remember I bough a used vehicle and should not expect to have a new car. They offered now to pay 50% of only the brakes ( none of the other problems ). I do not have the funds to pay for the repairs, meaning I'm stuck at home with a car I bought a week ago which I can't drive as it has no brakes and I've paid the car cash and do not have extra money saved up for these repairs. You can't reach them on the phone.
