No call back no answering calls

I called webuycars enquire about the vehicle on sale i was on the line listening to ivr for more than 10 minutes nobody answer my call I don't understand what kind of a kind of guy you don't even bother to answer I called twice this morning same thing happened. Last week I spoke to a call centre agent who said she will get a sales agent from midstream to call me even now im still waiting maybe they just dont want my business
