No After Sales Service From We Buy Cars

I had a break down with the vehicle that I purchased in March 2020 and had it towed to VW Umhlanga.After the assessment at VW I was advised that the vehicle Turbo had packed up and the vehicle had modifications done (Aftermarket Software, Downpipe, Dcat,Certain water pipes have been disconnected and some of the senses was removed) I then lodged a complaint with We Buy Cars and explained my situation that I was not aware of the modifications and also questioned as to why I was not informed of this when the purchase was made,We Buy Cars had got back to my complaint after a week and advised that they cannot assist me as it was 7months that I had the vehicle and it's out of the CPA act. I had to get the vehicle towed to an RMI approved repairer which was Veez Auto Works.The vehicle was repaired and given back to me at the beginning of November 2020, On the 08/12/2020 I had the second break down which was the Turbo again, I got the vehicle towed back to Veez Auto Works for the second repair and I was advised by the Technician at Veez Auto Works that this vehicle will continuously give me this issue as the Turbo can not handle the Modifications done on the vehicle and they are unable to carry the guarantee, I spoke to Anthony at We Buy Cars today and they are still refusing to assist.I am really disappointed as I just got the vehicle before lockdown, It was hardly used and We Buy Cars was not honest with me at all, Its really sad that when the dealership wanted the sale they pested me to come take delivery of the vehicle but now since I have a problem no one has called me to check up on what's the status of the situation.
