NO AFTER SALE SERVICE, HOLDING BACK NATIS PAPERS

I bought a car on the 2nd of June 2020, paid EFT immediately with the promise of Mr Swanepoel that I will receive all the papers within 2 weeks. The 2 weeks now past and upon inquiry by my husband he suddenly had another story of maybe another week. This is unacceptable. After phoning all over the place my husband spoke to a person at the admin office and she confirmed the documents are on her desk and ready to be send to Margate, we don't live in Margate. Then we receive a tracking number for Postnet, only to be fooled because this tracking number does not exist.

Mr Swanepoel is ignoring our calls and messages, so we do not receive any after sale service from him at all.

We buy cars I see this as utterly disgusting and dishonest. I want the papers delivered to my house before Monday 22/06/2020 14:00 after which i will be in contact with the motor industry ombudsman.

I just now hold the line for more than 12 min, phoning the customer care number for the branch but no answer.
