NO AFTER PURCHACE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Upon purchase we were advised that the registration and change of ownership will be done by you 'WeBuyCars, we will then be sent the books for the car including licence disc and that we will only be liable to buy new plates, since we do not reside in Port Elizabeth, but now we are told a different story that we need to go to the traffic department and still be liable to pay for the licence disc.

How are we liable for it when on purchase we were told otherwise, we were shown amounts that needed to be added on the price the car had on it and advised some of them go towards registering the car, as the car didn't need to go for roadworthy as it was 'platinum' but had a 'gold' sticker on it.

And i mailed the 'registration' department AND the branch manager but not a single person even acknowledged receiving the query.
