Nightmare experience - Please stay away

1. Purchased a vehicle from We Buy Cars which had issues not stated on the " Dekra Report". After 3 weeks of back and forth without the vehicle they decided to cancel the deal, and we could take another vehicle. Which we do so, to avoid further travelling expenses, as we were using private transportation. 2. The cancellation process was again a nightmare. After 3 days of back on forth on the process, we received confirmation that we could collect the vehicle. 3. We drove over a 1 hour to fetch the vehicle since they had no drivers to collect the vehicle for us. In less than 20 minutes of driving the vehicle, an engine light reflects on in this vehicle which we reported to our new sales agent immediately. It has been 3 days since reporting the issue. The agent is now refusing to take out calls and we sitting in the same position has 1 month ago. Please AVIOD purchasing a car from this company. Innocent people are exploited.
