Never trust WEBUYCARS.

We a bought a BMW F20 under finance at Richmond branch and it was delivered on the 25th April 2023,the next day the water hose bursted and the car was towed back by we buy cars to one of thier Bosch work shop.On the 2 May the car gave a drive train error and it never stopped until you switch the car off. The car was recalled and a breather pipe was replaced on the 3 May 2023.On the first week of September 2023 after a smooth drive from Western cape to JHB (Relocating) i noticed an oil leak.I then got two different independent mechanics to check where the leak is coming from.Both of them concluded that the head gasket is leaking and the was traces of silicone between the engine top and the head gasket,which meant this was not the first time the car had the same problem at this time the cars is still driving with no problem but only leaking oil.At this time we were advised to take the vehicle to any RMI workshop which we did and we got a qoute of R15000 cash which was an estimate because owner of the workshop simply said the innovation warranty won't accept the claim.The matter was reported to Viwe Matshikwe at Richmond(Manager) and (Gift Nyahumbi)salesperson.They diected us to thier workshop that works with Webuycars in JHB.The car was booked in around the 13 tNovember 2023.The warranty come on board and a quote of R48180,40 was generated by thier mechanic. We tried to be in contact with Viwe ,Gift and the mysterious John Wilkinson who you will never get to meet.John Wilkinson investigated the matter and come to a conclusion that WEBUYCARS will not assist IN A MATTER OF FEW HOURS because we had the car for more than 6 months which was not ACCURATELY calculated.He said we can this matter to MIOSA.NEVER EVER trust the dekra report,sales persons,managers and referral workshops from webuycars.We are now seating on a bill of R38180 for repairs plus R162000 on bank finance and stress about what they knew about the car but did not disclose to us.The debit of the car goes ofF monthly but we have no car.NEVER TRUST webuycars To add salt to the wound we traded two perfect cars wjen we started this process.Thanks for everything.
