Never respond

So, I decided to give We buy cars another try, just to be disappointed again. Did and application online, got a WhatsApp nr of the person I need to speak to. I have sent many messages over a couple of days, can see that the person reads them, but my messages are being ignored. I wonder how you get such a good rating on hellopeter with such terrible service! Same old story every single time.
