Never purchase a vehicle from WeBuyCars. Worst experience ever

I purchased a vehicle from webuycars and the Dekra report read that the was minor defects on engine, oil leak, gearbox and drive shaft with oil leak. I then drove the vehicle straight to the manufacturer to sort out all these minor problems. The vehicle manufacturer then made me aware the vehicle needed a new engine as the was a misfire from cylinder 2 and they have done all test which resulted in them concluding the vehicle needs a replacement engine and cannot be repaired. I contacted we buy cars immediately and Kimberly Mngomezulu was assigned as my case officer to assist me. She is the worst, rude and unreliable person to deal with. She has zero customer service skills and does not know how to communicate with customers. Until today after i contacted her several times the has not been any progress on my matter with new reference number 43969. As all the other references have expired without any progress. I am now stuck with a car that i cannot drive while i get send from pillar to post. Never ever buy a car from webuycars.co.za
