Never ever will I buy a car from we buy cars

I bought a car on the 4th of December and I didn't get to even drive it for a week 😭😭😭

The car got stuck and only to find out the engine of the car is a major issue mean while,we buy cars report only stated oil leakage 🚨.

I then tried to get hold of the we buy cars from the moment the car got stuck on the 8th of December, even up untill today they sending me from pillar to post ,so far I have spoken to Angelina ,John,shane and no feedback and i keep on getting told they will get back to me 😔

Today Shane promised she would get back to me before the end of the day and as usual no one got back to me,I feel ****med by this company and they don't care or show remorse

I walked into the jhb south with such excitement that I was going to buy very first car from we buy cars and this is the experience i got its such a bitter experience

I will continue looking for help with this issue as I saved up to finally own a car for the first time and this is the experience I get???
