Never ever deposit even a cent to this ******* company!

I'm disgusted by the way this company treats me! I deposited the money to bid for in their car auction which I didn't win. Prior to depositing the money I called in to check how the whole auction thing and money transfer works, and I was told the money gets returned automatically 2 to 3 days after the auction obviously if one does not win the auction, this makes perfect sense by the way, not this stupid process of having to send all the documents including the screen shot of once profile as if the ID copy and the banking details are not good enough. Fine I sent the stupid document as per their stupid request. To cut the long disgusting story short; I'm on the 6th week now without my 15k being returned, refunded! This is after countless calls and emails to the company....the person I was referred to to deal with regarding my refund, Aphiwe Ndlovu is now ignoring my calls and emails and sends the colleagues to relay the messages to me! I've been told 3 times that the finance department has confirmed that my refund has been processed, but nothing has been paid up to this day! I want my money, ngifuna imali yam you ****** ********! Niyanginyanyisa, I'll never ever even attempt to do business with you, never recommend the ******** to anyone close to me!
