Never Ever Buy from We buy Cars they are liers!!!!!
Bought a car Friday the 9th of August with no serious issues or errors and a day later the gearbox broke. Was advised by the agent on the 10th they are closed over the weekend but don't worry they will arrange towing and repair to the vehicle on Monday as it was whithin the 48 hours concern time Guess what on Monday I was told oh no the agent **** and I have to arrange the towing and get a repair quote at my own cost to see if they will assist. They refuse to pay for the towing or give any letter that they will cover any financial loss I have from filling a tank of petrol,towing etc to Carry due to not having the vehicle. Everyone just ignores what you say and repeat the same message give the quote to investigate. So I have lost a car all my money and guess what I'm still paying for all the extra cost on top of this. PLEASE DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM WE BUY CARS YOU WILL JUST BE LEFT IN FINANCIAL DISPAIR

Im still being ignored, still getting nothing resolved. All i get is your stupid Computer-generated messages "your concern has been escalated and feedback will be given shortly" YOU ARE THE WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALTH WITH - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Your agents lie on every call please do yourself a Favour and go listen to your recording since clearly your staff is lying to customers and then get a computer to respond to complaints so you don't have to deal with it. PLEASE EVERYONE DONT EVER BUY FROM WE BUY CARS WILL WILL BE **** TO THE REVEIWS ON HEAR IS ALSO LIES AS THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FOR WHEN YOU EXCITEDLY BUY THE CAR THEY TELL YOU TO DO A GOOD REVIEW FOR THE SALES PERSON - BUT THEY DONT SHOW YOU THE BAD REVIEWS AFTER THE SALE WITH ALL THE LIES AND DECEIPT FROM THERE
