Never contacting people back who wants to Sell and Buy from We buy Cars

Very disappointed with We Buy Cars Midstram. I did do every thing with Floyd. He came and test drive the vehicle. Said he will get back to me with a offer as I wanted to do a trade in with We buy Cars. He never called or sms or Whatsapp me back. Called We buy Cars Midstream Asked whats going on, They said that I will be contacted back. Still no sign of communication. Called now again ask whats going on still no clear answers. Asked to speak to a team leader to escalate it. one said I have to call a cellphone number which I am not even sure the person works for We Buy Cars. Redialed them again. a lady answered who just forwarded me to a Call holding pool without any answer.
