NEVER BUY FROM WE BUY CARS!!! THE DEKRA CHECKS ARE FALSE AND MISLEADING.

Bought a car with the we buy cars Midstream branch, was told the condition of the car was that it needed a minor service and to replace coil pens as it was misfiring, only to find that 3 weeks later the car starts switching on the "engine maintenance" light, had that checked out and wow, I need to have the engine fixed🤬. I sent through my concern and no one bothered to respond instead I took it up again with the sales person and he was told that I hadn't lodged any concern, luckily I had a screenshot of the confirmation of receipt. These people lie to us about their cars, I just want my renault captur sent to renault to be fixed as it's less than a month with it or just give my money back. The sales person, Alex, gave an excellent service and was not in a rush to seal thee deal but now it's all being wiped off by the company's ignorance to complains
