NEVER BUY FROM THEM
<p>I bought a bakkie from these guys on the very same day the car had a break down. The bakkie was overheating, it didn't end there the bakkie now has stripped me off +/-R5k in addition another R11k is needed for the diesel sensor pump. My advise is NEVER Buy from them. They make you sign the papers knowingly that it is a trap!!! I need help!!!</p>

Your allegations and facts above are false. You were fully aware of the condition of the bakkie and our salespeople were open and honest about the condition.
Our sales manager has confirmed that he specifically told the salesman you dealt with that the bakkie was NOT financeable due to the fact that the bakkie has mechanical issues.
The sales person confirmed that he DID inform you that the Manager notified him the bakkie is NOT financeable due to mechanical issues.
You then took the bakkie on the highway for a test drive and heard a noise, which the you attributed to the Bull bar that was loose.
You were aware that there were mechanical issues, inspected the bakkie and test drove the bakkie before you made the decision to purchase. You were not 'made' to sign the papers you made a decision after you knew the facts.
In no way were you forced or 'trapped' into purchasing this vehicle. You were presented with all the facts, inspected the vehicle and decided of your own accord to purchase.

If I could not get the balance on the day the bakkie was going to be financed, Chris did not tell me about that condition remember I was accompanied by my brother.

" The trap here was that you hid from me that the engine is overheating and the sales person Chris said the delay on start was due to the battery being flat. This I hoped it was going to be charged once the bakkie has been driven for a while. The problems escalleted. Do you think that after owning 3 cars I was gonna take the car that will cost me more than R20k before I even drive it?
Get your facts straight before assuming that I bought the car knowing that I was gonna spend on it. What do yoy think your salesperson was going to tell you.
ADMIT YOU SOLD ME A BAKKIE KNOWING THAT IT HAD THE FAULTS BUT YOU NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME. WHY YOU NOW SAY THE BAKKIE WAS NOT FINANCEABLE? THIS IS BECAUSE YOU WANTED TO TRAP UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS.
NO CUSTOMER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THAT BAKKIE IF THEY KNEW WHAT WAS BROCKEN.

We did tell you that there may be issues and that it is not a vehicle that is reliable enough to put warranties and guarantees on, and that is why we refused to sell it under finance, and we made that clear. You asked for our mechanical history or report on it, and it was explained to you that we have not done any evaluations on it, we are selling it "as is" and without guarantees, that was made very clear.
The other problem is that you are not the buyer or the owner and thus not our client, and as such, this is an illegitimate complaint on Hello Peter. The client invoiced is ECA Consulting, and we will from now on only respond to communications from whoever they appoint to deal with this matter.

The Bakkie was very clearly sold under wholesale sales conditions as stipulated, and the process is procedurally approved by the MIO Ombudsman and in accordance with the CPA.
You need to present formal proof that you have a legal right to speak on behalf of ECA Consulting, or I will ask Hello Peter to remove your post as it is illegitimate according to Hellopeter terms of use.
We are a mature company with mature employees, and we follow well-matured procedures, and I trust the public at large who are judging this, to be of the same level of maturity.
