Never Buy a car from "we buy cars"

I bought a BMW 530 i 2007 series, after driving the car for 2 months, i found that the car got series mechanical issues on the motor, and the computer diagnostics scan mentioned that the cylinder 5 is broken, the car is performing a white smoke from the exhaust ... the recommendation from the mechanic is to buy a second hand car .. which will cause crazy money. Went to we buy cars montage branch in cape town, and the sales manager "Mark" refused to speak to me and sent one of the sales team to speak to me. The sales man said that i bought the car as it is, and they are excluded from CPA rules and they will not deal with the issue. The sales man think that he is clever and they don't care about CPA. At the moment i have escalated the issue to CPA and I'm waiting their response. Just to let everyone know, never never never buy a car from "we buy cars" and i will never leave my rights to refund my money back.
