Nestar fitment that was never fitted

I bought a car from we buy cars in 2022 and was advised that it came with a Nestar tracker. And I have been trying to get my log in details for a while now. This week I finally got through to Nestar and to my surprise I find out that the tracker was never installed to begin with, even though on my proforma invoice there was R6K on additionals for a Nestar fitment.

I logged a call with them a few days ago and still not received any communication from them
