NATIS undelivered.

On 30 March 2022 I purchased a vehicle from We Buy Cars at the dome. I noticed the vehicles licence disc had expired and asked them to correct this. The sales person said that my NATIS documents would be ready in 21 days. It has since been more than 45 days since I requested that my documents have not been sent to me. In my insuring the vehicle I explained to the insurers that I'm awaiting my NATIS documents, my details are comprimised on my insurance policy as the registration of the vehicle is invalid(expired disc). I've contacted the sales person who sold the vehicle to me and have proof of attempts I'vemade in obtainingmy documents to no avail, the People at the Dome offices keep promsising that they will get management involved however that has not happened despite them promising and clearly lieing about providing me with my documentation, the call centre agents said they spoke to the branch manager at the dome about my case and I wiould get a response within 25 hour which has not happened and the since the 21st of April and have been getting thrown from pillar to post. This is unacceptable and I have to travel between provinces in the hopes that I will not be caught by the metro police and have my vehicle impouded as I work. This has given me stress while driving and sleepless nights and I'm now seeking the assistance of social meadia influencers to spread my dissatisfaction in this matter.
