Natis please??? License disc please??? Delivery please?????? Response please?!!!!

After 5 weeks with multiples whatsapps, emails and phone calls, I finally learned the car I purchased’s Natis is at the branch I purchased it and the license disc in another branch. I hope to get something soon as the sales agent keeps promising to get back to me…that’s all communication, literally. The only reason I won’t ever buy from We Buy Cars is because of this ******* service, no communication and no urgency in getting legal documents ready or delivered in the 21 days they promise.
