Natis issues

I recently traded in my Vehicle at We buy cars midstream branch.The new vehicle was paid cash,and after the vehicle was purchased i was told that the Natis papers is currently not with the branch,but i was assured that the Natis papers would be delivered to me within 3 days,it is nearly 2 weeks and there is no correspondence from we buy cars,if i dont contact them,then no one keeps in contact.When i spoke to the sales consultant on 23/06/2019 @ 10:25am,i was assured that my Natis had just arrived and it would be delivered to me in boksburg by later the afternoon.Up until now,no arrangement have been made,and also no Natis up until now.I am driving a Vehicle which is not roadworthy and no valid License disc,as i cannot register the Vehicle in my name in order for a new disc,as i do not have the NATIS docs.Im driving without Insurance,300km per day,God forbid i meet up in an accident,what then? All this because of no registration papers,and empty promises,This is extremely poor customer service,not acceptable at all.
