NATIS Documents.

I am still waiting for NATIS documents after buying a car on 16 Dec 2021. They told me the documents were ready at a different branch - Midstream - where I drove to - 60km round trip. Only to be told the documents were still with their NATIS department. And yesterday at the Germiston branch they still have no answer.
