Bought a car 20 December 2023 by we buy cars Richmond, sale man ntando under Ezra, before I purchased a vehicle I asked sale man I'f Natis is available since I wanted this car for work perpose, he said yes only after payment and everything he then said unfortunately Natis is not available you have to wait for 21days which I have been waiting up to now with no work since I used a car for my work, I tried their support they referred me back to Ezra I never get help until I reach out to the manager and he told me that we are waiting for your Natis we can't do anything will give a call if there is anything which I never received
