My refund that needed.

My reference is 107333. Bought a car. Car broke down. Investigation was concluded. Car has been picked up last week Tuesday precisely a week today. Me I am still awaiting my refund. Yesterday I heard from the consultant my bank details of weeks ago is outdated. It's like We Buy Cars Pietermaritzburg branch to be precise is looking for every trick in the book not to refund my money. We Buy Cars please be as transparent ,honest and effective as you proclaim in media and social media. I will be back here tomorrow with an update. They say the process took 10 days I am struggling for weeks lots of phone calls and emails. Your sales person sort of press us to make the payment for this car don't make me beg for my money.
