My general experience with We buy cars is generally friendly staff, helpful to find what you need. My particular experience with Tshepi and Justice: When I buy my next car I will specifically look for Tshepi, her friendly nature and helpfulness is really delightful. She also instils the feeling of confidence and trust, which is hard to find in the 2nd hand car market. Unfortunately I did not have a lot of interaction with Justice but the little I had was pleasant and professional. On the other side, there was unfortunate delays in the purchasing process, which I now understand was to no fault of the sales staff and as such I would like to apologise for any undue pressure I placed on them. In the end all was settled and I received my dream car in 3 days. I would definitely return to WBC Midstream.
